Shipping policy

Custom order and made to order tumblers will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of order being placed and confirmed. Ready to ship tumblers will be shipped 1-2 weeks after order has been placed and confirmed. This extended time period for ready to ship tumblers is due to the fact they will require a final coat. They are left in a near finished state to allow customization before completion.

Smaller items such as keychains, badge reels, straw toppers and other accessories will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
