FAQ and Care

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Your order will ship as soon as it is finished, often within 4-6 weeks for made to order. Custom order tumblers will be sent within 4-8 weeks (this doesn't include weekends and Holidays). Ready to ship orders will be sent out within 1- 2 weeks.

Keychains, badge reels, straw toppers, pens and other accessories will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

IF THERE IS ANY TURNARAOUND TIME CHANGES THEY WILL BE NOTATED ON THE WEBSITE.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All orders are handmade and custom, therefore cannot be returned.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ORDERED ITEMS?

Tumbler Care instructions:

  • Handwash Only (not dishwasher safe)

  • Do not soak

  • Do not leave in extreme temperatures

  • Do not drop, slam, or throw 

  • Not microwave safe

Other resin items:

To clean wipe with clean, soft cloth and follow all other above instructions.

All items are made with care so please care handle as such. Although items are durable, they have the potential to be damaged or break if care instructions are not followed. Once item has left my hands, I cannot be responsible for damage.

I'M LOCAL, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?

Of course, you can. Local pickups are available for customers in my community. I am located in Magnolia, Delaware and the exact address will be sent via email when your items are ready for pickup. Please note that, when you choose local pickup, your order will be set outside in a waterproof container. I am not responsible for maintaining your item(s) once placed in the pickup box. Damage and/or theft will not be covered by LexiRaine Designs. Please be sure to pick up your items promptly.  

WHY DOESN'T MY TUMBLER (RESIN ITEM) LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

That's a great question. 

Although you chose a specific made to order tumbler, they will slightly vary. All items are handmade, and it is impossible to make the exact tumbler again. But that is the beauty of handmade items, they are unique.

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES 

Please note that LexiRaine Designs is not responsible for damaged or misplaced packages once picked up by or dropped off at the shipping company, either USPS or UPS.  Shipping insurance is highly recommended. You are able to open up a claim with the shipping company, be aware that first class packages do not come with insurance.

We do offer shipping insurance at an additional cost through Route shipping to cover your package. Insurance can also be added through your shipping provider.
